Where is the Charlestown House in relation to Downtown Seattle?

Many "Seattle" vacation homes are scattered throughout the greater Puget Sound area.  The Charlestown house enjoys a Seattle address and close proximity to destinations such as Safeco Field (Mariners Baseball), Qwest Field (Seahawks Football), and the Seattle Space Needle.  These attractions have been highlighted on the map below by blue dots.
